Wonderful

Great location, quick walk to the station and the duomo. The view of the Duomo was amazing, as was the roof top terrace. Staff were also very friendly

a little loud at night, but the air conditioner blocked the noise!

Great accomodation in the heart of Florence

I liked the location and the terrace. The room had a very good fan, powerful enough to cool you down. The staff provided some refreshments and snacks each day.

The shared bathroom doesn't have a bidet

It was an excellent place to stay we had a great time overall.

Excellent location in Florence, the host was able to help us with a later check in time and even was able to upgrade our room! And the Rooftop view is incredible.

Just beware that there are no elevators in this building and that you have to climb up quite a few stairs to get to the apartment. Also there was a strange smell from the private bathroom.

The location is absolutely amazing, only a 5 minute walk from the duomo. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Free cookies and coffee. The rooftop terrace was a great addition to our stay.

The bathroom is a small cabin built into the room, which makes it very warm and tiny. The shower is extremely small, with the shower 'curtain' having multiple stains of mold. The bathroom, in general, was not very clean. The toilet seat almost fell off multiple times. The pillows were also not the best, very soft.

Best bang for your buck to be close to duomo and city center.

Great location near duomo, restaurants, shopping and more. Dimitri was very helpful. Gorgeous view of the cupola from the antique window. Portable airco made the room cool at night.

The shower was a stand alone in the room so it was awkward but doable with our adult son staying in the same room.

For one night

Nice people and perfect place to trip. Close to train station and close to Duomo cathedral. Free of charge biscuit and some cake, also coffee.

Very tiny small shower booth and I found some fungus on the folding curtain. If you have big luggage, it's not easy to bring it to 3rd floor. No air conditioner but there's a ceiling fan. Quite strong one.

Superb

everything was very comfortable, the staff was very nice and even helped us with luggage after the checkout, we even had complementary juice and muffins in the room and some coffee and cookies in the common area

the only thing that was quite claustrophobic was probably the bathroom - the shower was very small and all seemed a little too old, but it was useable so no fault in that

Location, it is close to the basilica and other attractions. The room was clean and the bed sheets as well. There is double window, so the traffic was not a problem The owner is friendly and helpful

The shower door doesn't close, and is not clean. There is a smell, but with the toilet door closed it doesn't bother that much.

It’s on the 3rd floor I think and they have no lift. ???? We had to carry our luggages through the steep stairs. I hurt my shoulder. I didn’t think of it when I booked the room. My bad, really.

Great Stay!!

I like the location maybe 10 mins away from the Santa Maria Station. Bed is comfortable, The room is clean and washroom is good. This is not the shared washroom. We are glad that Dimitri offer us a room with a private washroom, we have to pay for it but it's worth it. Walking distance to place of interest. You can see the Duomo on the roof top of the building which is really nice. Dimitri provided us with complimentary drinks and coffee in our room, good touch!

The place is in a second floor without an elevator, this is not a place for people with mobility challenge. If you don't have that challenge then this a great place to stay.

Basic room in a fantastic location

Location was absolutely amazing, right in the centre! Lovely little additions like juice and breakfast snacks plus coffee. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. 24 hour access to the terrace was fantastic.

Soundproofing of the room was poor so could hear a lot of noise from the reception area. The bathroom was small and the shower was very crampy with varying levels of water pressure and temperature. If window is open, there was a lot of street noise but when the window is closed, noise insulation was very good.

Good for 1 night stay in convenient spot

The location is great, convenient to all places. Owner gavw free cookies, coffee to guests.

The heater was not working the time we stayed. We feedback to owner at night understand that it will not be fixed in same day. However the next day we still stay in cold room (around 10-12 degrees) without any help s :(

The property is very central. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and let me drop off my bag in the morning.
